Each popup tent, aluminum folding tent, folding canopy tent is wrapped with bubble bag to avoid damaging in transport, then put into 5 ply brown paper carton. So do not worry about the display is damaged when receiving.
We provide different shipping for selection:
1. For small quantity order, normally shipped via FedEx and DHL express, delivered door to door;
2. For large quantity and urgent order, shipped by air, delivered to your nearest airport;
3. For large quantity order, normally shipped by sea, delivered to your nearest seaport, please noted, there's a set up charge for sea shipping, no matter how less the goods are, some charge are the same, such as B/L charge, handle charge etc. besides the shipping cost you paid to us, when you collect goods from seaport, you have to pay again your local charge. Some customers thought sea shipping is always cheaper than air shipping, but if you goods are not much, like 20kg, 30kg, the sea shipping is much expensive than by air.
Q: Which express you provide?
A: UPS, Fedex, DHL, TNT.
Q: How fast is it by express?
A: Shipping to most countries, fast express costs 3-4 days, economic express costs 7-10 days, normal post costs 20-30 days.
Q: Which artwork format you accept?
A: We prefer vector files like ai, eps, svg, pdf, cdr, besides, high resolution psd, tif, jpg files are acceptable.
